Individual Music Therapy Sessions take place at YSMT’s office location in Bridgeport, Chicago on Morgan and 32nd Street. Individual sessions may be available in your home or facility. In home or facility sessions may include a travel fee depending on your location.

Assessment for Individual Music Therapy

$100 - Music Therapy Assessment does not have a set time limit. Assessment includes 1:1 time with the new client, as well as time speaking with caregivers or other team members (if applicable) of client, and creation of music therapy treatment plan. Travel fee may apply depending on your location.

Group Music Therapy

If you have an interest for a music therapy group at your facility, reach out for a quote!

Your Song Music Therapy currently can not accept insurance. YSMT can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance, but it is not guaranteed that any insurance company will reimburse any services provided by YSMT.
